Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- if the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications set by the consumer, for example, if the customer made a mistake in taking measurements, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer 2- if a defect appears in the product due to poor possession by the consumer.
